CARIBBEAN AMERICAN PHOENIX CARNIVAL CULTURAL ORGANIZATION OF ARIZONA

The Caribbean American Phoenix Carnival Cultural Organization of Arizona (CAPAZ) was incorporated in November of 2011. The first official Caribbean style carnival launched in May of 2012 in the Valley and was a huge success. Not only did the 2012 Phoenix Carnival create history, it also put the spotlight on the Caribbean American community which has now forged alliances with City and State Governments. Renamed the Caribbean American Phoenix Carnival Cultural Organization Of Arizona CAPAZ continues to put forth the annual Phoenix Caribbean Carnival, the flagship event bringing together the major elements of Caribbean heritage presenting the brand to Phoenix, the Capital, the surrounding cities and its inhabitants. We see a future with an influx of people coming to Phoenix carnival for the experience and we can certainly turn that fervor into promoting a progressive agenda for the Caribbean American community.
